Bon IronoXX Pigments

• Pigments are manufactured to the strictest quality control standards to assure uniform and consistent coloring
• Recommended for coloring ready-mix concrete and other masonry products including concrete blocks and pavement
• Available in 10 and 25 lb. disintegrating bags.
• Using gray cement will result in “buff” or softer color
• Using white cement will result in “brighter” or pastel color
• To ensure consistent color, keep all variables the same from batch to batch
• Variations in the mix design, mixing time, and curing conditions, will affect the final color
• Always perform a sample batch to confirm acceptability of the color result

Applications

• Disintegrating bags can be added directly to the concrete

Approximate mix ratios

• 1 or 2 lbs. of Ironoxx per 94 lb. bag of cement for light shades
• 2 or 4 lbs. of Ironoxx per 94 lb. bag of cement for medium shades
• 5 or more lbs. of Ironoxx per 94 lb. bag of cement for darker shades
