How to use Paint for Eyebrow and Lashes: Before working with cleansers, remove makeup from the eyes. Apply a small amount of cosmetic petroleum jelly to the areas around the eyes, and under the eyelashes put protective eye leaves. Squeeze out a 2 cm cream bowl and add 5-6 drops of a developing emulsion (3: 1) to the contents. Using a chopstick or spatula, mix thoroughly until smooth. Attention! For coloring eyebrows and eyelashes, use only freshly prepared mixture.
